Shipping policy

We provide Delivery Method by using either:

1.DHL Express

2. PosLaju

3.Others

Product will be shipped out by the next day of the order and we will provide you the tracking once we captured the orders. The product will be shipped out from No 3, Jalan CJ 1/1, Taman Industrial Selesa Jaya, 43300 Balakong. If your product defect during the shipment 

Any Defect product raise during the shipment should be rejected by you and capture of the defected product photo help us to negotiate with the delivery company to compensate the lose/defect delivery.

We will ship out your product within 3 working days (not included Holidays).

Monday - Friday Morning 8:30am to 5:30pm (Lunch 12:00pm to 1:00pm)

Saturday : 8:30am to 1:00pm (Afternoon), Sunday (Off-day)
